Providing Home Phototherapy Service may or may not fall under DME licensure requirements. Please check with your state’s Board of Pharmacy to ensure you follow the correct guidelines. We are happy to assist in figuring out your business needs for licensure guidelines. So far the following states don’t need DME licensure for phototherapy and rules differ if your are a licensed healthcare provider.
